Our Showroom is located in one of the Gastronomic Capitals of the World, Donostia – San Sebastián. Hence the name of our premises: Showroom Donostia by Aqua Vitae Cocktails, because “the cocktail is the Liquid Art of Gastronomy” (Alberto Benedicto).
Showroom Donostia by Aqua Vitae Cocktails is a unique, elegant and exclusive space where we seek to introduce you to the wonderful world of bartending, both for those who are on one side and the other side of the bar. This space is created to be a meeting and training place, where you can buy all kinds of cocktail-related items such as books, utensils, products, clothing…
The activities that can be carried out in the Showroom are very different, such as product presentations, masterclasses, professional courses, tastings, small private parties or even lunch/dinner pairings, as we also have our own kitchen and we collaborate with the best professionals in the sector (chefs, pastry chefs, grillers…).
Our facilities are not only designed to share knowledge, but also to provide a unique experience with the highest level of comfort. We have a free car park and the location is ideal both for getting to the city centre and for getting out of it fast and easily.
Cocktails At Home
We have created a series of cocktails designed to be enjoyed at home, both with family and friends. We are also collaborating with small local artisans, and have created different pairings of their products with our cocktails.
Donostia – San Sebastián
It is known worldwide for its culture and gastronomy, as it was named European Capital of Culture in 2016, and was considered the Best Gastronomic Destination in the World in 2017, according to the prestigious London company Caterwings. It was also named Best European Destination in the Experts’Choice Awards 2018. And it is not surprising, as it has events of international prestige not only of a gastronomic world, such as the San Sebastian Gastronomika Congress, but also of a cultural nature, such as the Donostia Zinemaldia, San Sebastian Film Festival.
Donostia-San Sebastián is also strategically located, as in just 1 hour, we can reach Bilbao, Vitoria, Pamplona or even Biarritz (France). And in less than 2 hours, we can be in Santander, Burgos or Logroño.

Masterclass
These are trainings of between 2 and 4 hours, where you will learn from the best sector professionals, in order to have an added value as a Bartender or Host at your own home.
Presentations
Do you need to promote a brand or product? Whether it is a cocktail product or a piece of jewellery, we will turn your presentation into an unforgettable experience.
Private parties
Do you want to celebrate a small private party and have nowhere to go? Do you want to surprise your family or friends with a private party with the best cocktails? And if you prefer, we can move to your home or place.
Tasting and pairings
Exclusive events with very limited availability where you will live a unique experience with different food and drink pairings as you have never tasted before.
